Arrival and Dismissal Information
Arrival
8:15am through the Hard Street entrance
Door will be closed by 8:20am and children will be marked late if they have not entered by then
Parents/guardians may drop off/sign-in children at their classroom doors
Dismissal
2:20pm in the school yard
Gate closes at 2:30pm. You MUST call the office if you are dismissed after any absence or early dismissal on the same day.
Parents/guardians meeting with the teacher at dismissal on the same day of absence or early dismissal
Cafeteria Breakfast
7:40am - 8:10am
Students arriving after 8:20am will be marked late
Early Childhood Procedures
Early Childhood students must be dropped off/picked up by an adult 18 years or older

Additional Information: RACS Uniform polo shirts, t-shirts, crewnecks, hoodies, and sweatpants are available for purchase in the main office. Navy blue uniform skirts and pants are NOT on sale in the main office.

RACS Attendance Policy
Attendance Requirement
Students must be in school and ready to learn at 8:15am
Attendance is expected to remain above 95%
Attendance Concerns
Missing more than 3 school days in a row may receive a phone call home, an attendance notice, a request to meet with the parent/guardians regarding attendance concerns, or a home visit
Consequences
Any student who misses 2 or more school days in a row may receive a phone call home, attendance notice, request for parent meeting, or home visit
