How to register

RACS (PS 446) is located in District 23 which is an unzoned district. Any students residing within the geographical area of District 23 (Ocean Hill, Brownsville, and parts of East New York, are welcome to register at any of the schools within District 23 as space allows. In order to register at a New York City Department of Education school you must present proof of residence and proof of birth/guardianship.
Please bring:
State ID or Passport of registering parent
Birth Certificate for the child
Proof of residence - water or gas utility bill from the last 60 days
Copy of child’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP) if applicable
